I didn't realize there was such a significant difference ... I think I like the initial design better, myself. You've done a good job of making the textures and lighting consistent. Looks good.

Turned out great. I love the contrast. Its funny, the different designs sprouted because they didn't want to damage the original excelsior model, when they blew a hole in the side of the enterprise B

I think that the textures were of common origin. The lighting... well, I merged the two meshes into the same scene and lighed them together :D
