01: The Trickster, pt. 2
Trelane tells the Polaris crew that they are part of a grand game between Leah and himself, although the "game" has serious conclusions: the survival or extinction of Humankind. After telling this, Trelane disappears. Captain Noah accuses Leah of using him and his crew as pawns and of why she did not choose a more powerful ship for this role, such as the Enterprise. Leah tells him that the Polaris is not a pawn but the king and that no other ship could fulfil this mission. Before she departs, she tells Noah that she cannot guarantee that the Polaris survives the final confrontation.

02: A mission, a life
Captain Noah calls for his crew on Leah and Trelane and the role of the Polaris in their agenda. He gives all his crewmembers a choice: they can transfer to other ships or stay on the Polaris, the latter meaning that they must face death in the foreseeable future.

03: The Spec Ops
Captain Noah orders the establishment of a Special Operations Team, a group of experts of various fields, all of them dedicated to fight the Borg. The team is lead by Commander Heimann and must demonstrate its usefulness in action after a Nausicaan raider attacks the Polaris.

04: The Speaker
Leah leaves a message to Captain Noah: "Find the Speaker". The Polaris rendez-vous with the Enterprise to talk to Captain Jean-Luc Picard, the man serving as Locutus, Voice of the Borg. Picard tells Noah that no human can understand what it means to be trapped within the Collective. Noah tells Picard about Leah and Trelane. Hearing about the latter, Picard decides to introduce Noah to an "old friend", an entity called Q.

05: Unanswered Q-uestions
Following Picard's directions, the Polaris heads to Farpoint with the hope of finding Q. Near Farpoint, Q appears, seemingly annoyed for being "summoned". Noah tells him his story which Q finds uninteresting till he hears of Trelane. Simply hearing his name makes Q shiver with fear, saying that Noah and his crew are lucky to even exist if they have him against them. Noah asks for Q's help who refuses, saying that against Trelane's kind, even the Q are helpless.

06: The Magi, pt. 1
Looking for answers to the questions Q's words have raised, the Polaris travels to Bajor, after Lieutenant Al-Majali's finding of information on the Bajoran mythology. The planet is, however, under Cardassian occupation. Not risking a fight against the whole Cardassian Invasion Fleet, the Polaris travels undercover, using a signal jammer built by Commander Colson. Arriving at Bajor, the crew meets with members of the Bajoran resistance who lead them to the Magi, a group of Kais working underground. In orbit, a Cardassian patrol craft spots the Polaris an alerts the invasion fleet, docked at the station Terok Nor.

07, The Magi, pt. 2
Most of the senior crew of the Polaris are on Bajor, hearing the legends of the Bajorans, about the Prophets. In orbit, the Polaris must fight a smaller fleet of Cardassian warships. The Spec Ops team, using an un-tested transport signal amplifier, beam ship through ship, sabotaging the Cardassian vessels. Beaming back the crew, the Polaris manages to escape before the Cardassians can call for reinforcements.

08: The outpost
Following an incident at Septimus Outpost, the Polaris is sent to investigate. Evidence tells that what happened is the Borg's doing, but Lieutenant Al-Majali is suspicious. After wreckage of a previously unknown Romulan vessel is found, it is revealed that the Romulans too have encountered the Borg and are trying to reverse-engineer their technology.

09: Course
To find the origins of Leah, V'Ger and perhaps the Borg, the Polaris departs to follow the course of the probe Voyager VI. The course leads into the Klingon Empire. After a heated argument with Admiral K'Loth, commander of the Klingon Border Patrol Guard, the Polaris leaves known space behind.

10: Anomalous life forms
The Polaris comes across a deserted planet, once harbouring an advanced civilisation, now a deserted landscape of ruins. All evidence shows that the planet's population was absorbed into V'Ger's memory banks. However, further evidence reveals that a small percentage of the population escaped using starships. The Polaris alters course to find them.

11: The Drifters
In the depths of Klingon space, the Polaris finds a space colony of ships built from every parts their owners could obtain. It is revealed that the ships are run by the Drifters, a race whose planet was destroyed by the Borg. They tell their stories and that it is shared by many other races, more and more as the trail leads Westward.

12: A war in Heaven, pt. 1
En route to the devastated planet of Kolchak, Leah appears on the Polaris, injured and half-dead. After Dr. Achebe treats her wounds, she tells that Trelane tried to "eradicate" her. He almost succeeded, depleting Leah's powers, rendering her to a mere mortal. Trelane appears on the Polaris with the intention of killing Leah. Captain Noah refuses to give her over to him and orders Commander Colson to build up a subspace bubble over the Polaris, hoping to trap Trelane.
This is only the beginning...
