Its the only TOS ship with the bridge in a sensible place - buried in the hull. Superb job Dave, always knew you had it in you.

Definitely not my favorite ship class... I don't know, something about the hull design kinda urks me. Doesn't flow as nicely as the good old Connie. That, and the three nacelled approach makes the ship feel unbalanced. But that's just my opinion.

regardless of how I feel about the design, its still a good render.

I thought Starfleet didn't believe in warships... until the Defiant. No real war was happening since the Romulan conflict, 100 years earlier
